Ash Pharmacy is a small independent pharmacy in Dudley, led by superintendent pharmacist Azim Ashraf. We look after the everyday things well: prescriptions ready when you need them, honest advice, and a friendly face at the counter.
People come to us for repeat medicines, NHS help, and private appointments they'd otherwise wait weeks for. If a pharmacist can sort it, we will. If you need a GP or another NHS service, we'll say so and point you in the right direction.
We've a private consultation room, so anything you'd rather not discuss across the counter can be talked through properly, with the door shut and no rush.

In practice, that looks like listening properly, explaining things clearly, and not rushing people through the queue. If something needs a GP instead of a pharmacy appointment, he'll tell you straight.
